Soha Service Text Terms
Version v2
Soha Health LLC
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. The service-text program
Soha Health LLC (Soha) offers optional automated service text messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include account and order updates, reminders to complete your intake, and alerts that a message, request, or update is available in your patient portal. This program does not include advertising or promotional texts. These terms govern the service-text program; they do not replace the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any clinical consent.
2. Your choice
You join by actively selecting the optional service-text checkbox and submitting your choice. Consent is not a condition of purchase, treatment, or access to your account. Leaving the checkbox unchecked does not enroll you. Providing a phone number, making a payment, accepting general terms, or verifying your number does not by itself enroll you. We may require verification that you control the number before service texts begin. Only provide a number you are authorized to use, and tell us if your number changes.
3. Frequency and charges
Messages may recur while you use the service, depending on your activity and account needs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about its charges.
4. Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to a service text to opt out of the service-text program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@joinsoha.com. You can also email support@joinsoha.com for help with your text preferences, including opting out.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your order, subscription, or care. Continue to check your account for updates. We may still communicate through your account or other permitted channels. Sending START or HELP does not by itself renew your Soha service-text consent. Contact support for assistance if you want to rejoin after opting out. Depending on your carrier and the sending number, an opt-out may also prevent delivery of other texts, including requested sign-in codes; use the email sign-in option when needed.
5. Sign-in codes are separate
If you ask Soha to send a sign-in or verification code by text, that request is for that security message. It does not enroll you in recurring service texts or marketing texts. Requesting a code does not override an existing messaging block. Never share a sign-in code with another person.
6. Privacy and safe use
Our service texts direct you to your account rather than including clinical details. Text messaging is not a secure channel for medical information, and messages or previews may be visible to other people who can access your device. Do not send medical details, payment-card information, or other sensitive information by text; use your patient portal for clinical communications. We retain records of your text preference and the disclosure presented to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information on our behalf to operate and deliver the text-message program, subject to appropriate restrictions.
Text messaging is not for emergencies. Do not rely on a text for urgent medical attention. Call 911 for an emergency.
7. Delivery
Text delivery may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable because of your carrier, device, network, or other conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your account directly if you are expecting an update.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new version and providing any notice required by law. An update does not enroll you in a different message program, add marketing permission, or restore withdrawn consent. We will obtain a new affirmative choice before expanding the scope of your text consent. For questions about this program, email support@joinsoha.com.
