This Cancellation Policy is incorporated into the Soha Health LLC (“Soha”) Terms of Service. If this Cancellation Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, this Cancellation Policy will control for cancellation, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds, returns, exchanges, and credits are governed by our Refund Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Subscriptions and billing
Some products available on the Services require that you purchase the product on a subscription basis for a subscription fee that is automatically charged against the form of payment you provide to Soha, unless and until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided through the Services or this Cancellation Policy.
Unless stated otherwise on the Services, for subscription-based products and services, your payment method will be automatically charged at regular intervals as described for that product or service during the checkout process until you cancel your subscription.
The total Subscription Fee and applicable billing interval will be disclosed to you at checkout or enrollment.
Your renewal charges and shipments, where applicable, may be charged and/or shipped up to two (2) days early to accommodate holidays or for other operational reasons to support continuity of treatment. For the avoidance of doubt, the two (2)-day cancellation deadline described in this Cancellation Policy is calculated based on your originally scheduled billing date, regardless of whether your charge or shipment occurs early as permitted under the Terms of Service.
How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account page at https://www.joinsoha.com.
You can view your renewal date and cancel your subscription at any time through your online account, or by contacting us at support@joinsoha.com and directly requesting a cancellation.
When cancellation takes effect
Your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period unless you cancel at least two (2) days before the applicable renewal processing date of your subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Refunds for partially used subscription periods are not guaranteed and may be provided in our sole and absolute discretion.
Effect of cancellation on your prescription and shipments
Your cancellation of your subscription is deemed to be your direction to the Pharmacy to cancel your prescription. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any unshipped medication following your cancellation date.
Refunds for any subscription you cancel are governed by our Refund Policy.
Deactivating your Soha account also cancels your subscription, and the deactivation of your account is deemed to be your direction to the Pharmacy to cancel your prescription. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current subscription period.
Price changes
We may change our subscription plans and prices from time to time; however, we will provide you advance notice of any price changes or changes to your subscription plans. We will provide you with advance notice of pricing changes prior to your renewal processing date.
Price changes take effect at the next subscription period following the price change date. If you do not agree with a price change, you may reject the change by unsubscribing from the Services before the price change takes effect.
Failed payments
If your payment method is declined, expired, unavailable, or otherwise cannot be charged, we may suspend or cancel your order, subscription, or access to paid features, subject to applicable law. You remain responsible for amounts validly incurred before cancellation or suspension.
If we cannot process payment from your payment method for any reason, including insufficient funds or inaccurate payment information, we will notify you by email at your account-associated address and request you update your payment method promptly.
