Soha exists to make it easier for women navigating perimenopause and menopause to reach a clinician who takes their symptoms seriously.
Our mission
Many women in their forties and fifties wait a long time to have a straightforward conversation about menopause. Soha was built to shorten that wait by connecting people online with licensed clinicians who focus on hormone health.
We do not decide what care you receive. That decision belongs to the licensed clinician who reviews your history, and to you.
Who provides your care
MDI Medical Group, P.C., an independent medical group whose licensed clinicians, including board-certified OB/GYNs, provide care through the Soha platform.
Clinicians are licensed in the state where you live, and you are matched with a clinician licensed in your state. Once your visit is assigned, you can view your treating clinician's name, credentials, and state licensure in the patient portal.

Our pharmacy partner
Prescriptions written by clinicians of MDI Medical Group, P.C. are filled and shipped by Epiq Scripts, a licensed pharmacy in Richardson, Texas. Every medication prescribed through Soha is FDA-approved; we do not currently offer compounded hormone therapy.
Soha does not dispense medication and does not own a pharmacy, and Soha does not practise medicine.
Our role, stated plainly
Soha Health LLC is a technology platform and management services organization. It does not provide medical care. Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians of MDI Medical Group, P.C. Prescription products require an evaluation with a licensed clinician who will determine if a prescription is appropriate.
