Accessibility settings

Adjust how this website works for you. Changes apply immediately and are saved on this browser when storage is available.

Our approach

Our technical goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines address access for people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

Accessibility work is ongoing. We have not completed a comprehensive evaluation of the website and do not currently claim full WCAG conformance. This statement describes our current approach, rather than certifying that every page or service is accessible.

Using the website

You can use the accessibility settings on this page to reduce motion and underline links. Reduced motion also follows your device preference. Settings apply to this marketing website on this browser; they do not change settings in a separate patient portal or third-party service.

Use your browser's zoom or your device's text and contrast settings to adjust your view. Keyboard users can use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to follow links, and the Skip to content link to move past navigation. Accessibility settings are also available near the start of the keyboard navigation order.

What we are working on

Our current work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, motion preferences and clearer page structure. A broader review of color contrast, image descriptions, text enlargement, forms and assistive technology compatibility is still needed.

Patient sign-in, intake, checkout, the patient portal and third-party services need separate evaluation. We have not verified accessibility across those complete journeys. If any part of your experience creates a barrier, please let us know so we can work with you on a way to access the information or help you need.

Report a barrier or ask for help

Email support@joinsoha.com with the subject Website accessibility. You can report a problem or ask for help accessing information in another format.

If you can, tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. You may also include your browser or assistive technology and your preferred way for us to reply. You do not need to share a diagnosis. Please leave medical records, symptoms, passwords and payment information out of your email.
